Aarhus University welcomes 5,000 new students

4,784 new students entered 1 September 2008 welcome at Aarhus University.
The number of new students is slightly lower than last year's record-breaking intake. University of Aarhus, in spite of the changed conditions of access fared reasonably well, says Pro-rector Nina Smith. There were 12,381 applicants and 4,784 of them were thus qualified to get a place at their preferred study at Aarhus University. The new, stricter rules for applicants particularly be felt on studies theology and history. Both study groups experienced this year a decline. Just these two programs now require that you already have history on high level, for example. HF students do not have. On the other hand there was progress in education psychology, computer science and more of business school courses. Did not you come into your dream studio you can apply in the 2nd shot round here in August.
