We are Filip and Sinsamay, a married couple looking for a new roommate to join our calm and friendly home.
The room is 18 m², partially furnished, and comes with a large built-in wardrobe. Everything is included in the rent heating, water, laundry, and access to basic kitchen essentials in our shared kitchen. We share one bathroom/toilet.
The location is great just a 30-minute walk to both the beach and the forest, discount grocery stores right next door, and a bus to Aarhus city centre in only about 15 minutes.
About us:
We are a quiet and tidy couple who enjoy good food and a stable everyday life. Filip works as a truck driver and Sinsamay is a trained biology teacher. We are not party people we simply appreciate a peaceful and respectful home.
