Room available in cosy Amager flat

Hello there!

I have a small room available for rent in 70 m² apartment on Amager. The location is super convenient, right between Christianshavn and Amagerbro metro stations and dangerously close to Alice Bakery for morning pastries. Its a 2-bedroom flat with a classic, small Copenhagen bathroom, but we have both a washing machine and a dishwasher, which makes life a lot easier.

The room is unfinished, but if needed, we can talk about leaving a bed in there for you.

A little about me: Im 35, work full time, and stay fairly busy. Home is really my safe space, so I like to keep things quiet, clean, and peaceful here to relax.

Im looking for a flatmate who is calm, respectful, and understands the importance of personal space, but is also up for hanging out every now and then for a chat in the kitchen.

While I welcome anyone, I would preferably love to live with a female, non-binary, or queer soul.
