Tiny fully furnised room

Note: new move-in date (Jan 1st 2027).

Tiny room for rent, 10-ish m², in outer NV by the library. Fully furnished. No pets, no smoking, one person only. You can register your CPR address here.

Rent: 5000 DKK/month, everything included. Deposit: 15000 DKK.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with me. Washer/dryer in the basement, dishwasher in the kitchen.

I’m currently on disability due to arthritis (at the ripe old age of 35), so I’m home all the time. I’d prefer someone who isn’t home as much as me, if that makes sense. If you only need the room as a commuter room (MondayFriday, or 5 days a week), the rent is 3500 DKK/month and deposit 10500. As I expect to get well soon-ish, the lease is capped at 12 months.

I also expect you to know how to do your own laundry (the Lukas rule), not smoke weed in the apartment (the Jay rule), and not hoard mouldy plates in your room (the Christian rule).

Fair warning: there are – like most other apartments by now – a few (one every other month or so) skægkræ (grey silverfish), but it’s not too bothersome; unlike the structure of this sentence :p

I expect both of us to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean, and we’ll rotate vacuuming every week.

**FAQ:**
Yes, of course you can have people sleep over at no extra charge. What worked well for my previous roommate and me was that if her boyfriend spent a night or two here, they’d spend a night or two at his place. If she had someone visiting from abroad, she’d just tell me in advance how long they’d stay. I’d expect something similar from you.

Yes, you’ll have you own cabinet/fridge/freezer space.

No, you can’t dry laundry in the apartment – unless you use the dehumidifier.

Feel free to send me with any questions.

Best regards
Anders
