Half appartment for couple

I am renting out the bigger part of my 3-bedroom appartment, as I am in a bit of a transition period back in DK after a year in Norway. The rooms will be furnished and rented out with bed and furniture.

You will share the rest of the appartment with me for now who will be living on the other side of the hallway in a smaller room.

The price includes evreything, heating, gas, wifi etc.

Your rooms will be furnished. Of course the shelves will be emptied, if you want them to. As I am still living here, some of my stuff will be stored in boxes under the bed and on top of the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is room in the hallway for jackets and shoes.

There are three laundromats in the building with dryers, and a cheap payment system – that will be calculated each month and added to the rent (about 11,- dkk per wash soap included)

I am renting out for 1/2-1 year to begin with CPR possible

There is access to a large kitchen and bathroom
