Room in Søen in UN17 Village

Room for rent in the community centered UN17 Village. Women only.

The apartment is on the 3. floor and is accessible with elevator.

In the apartment there is access to kitchen, living room, bathroom/toilet and balcony. Water, electricity and WiFi is included in the rent.

Only 30 min from the airport with Metro, and 20 min to the city center. You are welcome to use my electric cargo bike.

Right outside the door of the building, there is a big and beautiful nature reserve with lots of hiking trails, and water nearby for nice and cool swims 🙂

Community space can be booked for free if you want to throw a party or do other social stuff, and there are guest rooms available for rent.

The area has lots of social activities, many expats living here, regular Yoga, Pilates and Krav Maga lessons, and Friday Bar every other week.

I live with animals, so you need to be happy with getting new furry friends that likes to cuddle 🙂
If you are up for petsitting, I will give a 500 kr. discount on the rent.

I also have a son of 16 who lives partly with me and partly with his father. Currently mostly with his father.

Cleanliness is very important to me, and since I live with a chronic illness, I need a peaceful and quite home. However, I am certainly up for shared dinners and board game nights. Maybe we can bake a cake or make sourdough bread together. Friends are of course also welcome. Please just let me know in advance 🙂

I work from home but travel a lot for business.

The room is not yet furnished but will be when the renting period begins.
