Room available in new apartment

Greetings!

Agathe and I are looking for a new roomie to live with us here at Teglholmen in this large 4 room apartment.
The apartment is at Cylindervej close to Sydhavn St and Fisketorvet. It’s 107 square meters with 3 rooms and a large bathroom which has a washer and dryer. There’s a shared kitchen and living room with access to a large balcony. We have a smart projector for movie nights on the wall. Theres a large hammock for the balcony and a chair-hammock as well And even a grill for BBQ evenings..

About me:
Im a 43 year old guy even though I dont act like it sometimes. I work as a Senior 3D Character Artist within the game industry for one of the biggest mobile game companies in Denmark. I have quite a few nerdy interests and hobbies. I like being active and cooking. One of my favorite things to make is sushi. I go to work every weekday but have the option to work from home. So sometimes Ill be home in my room like some kind of cave troll that only comes out for food or to use the bathroom.

About Agathe:
Shes a 30 year old French girl. She works in a bar and goes to work every day but has Sun, Mon and Thursdays off. She has a lotta experience living with other and people and her I get along great. She loves to be creative in many ways, loves tea and likes to read when she wants to relax.

What are we looking for in a roommate?
Someone social but at the same time respects privacy/a closed door. You should be responsible. The apartment is new and no one has ever lived in it before me but Ive been here for 6 years now. So Id like to see you treat it as if it were your own. Shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom need to be kept clean but you can do whatever you please in your room. Im not looking for couples. You are of course allowed to bring friends, family or guests over.
Honestly Im not very picky. I can get along with almost anyone. But its important to us that we find someone we vibe with.
Someone respectful and considerate. I don’t care about your gender or age as long as you have a sense of responsibility, consideration, common sense and bills get paid on time. A few small things that are important to us is that we find someone who has a steady job within the normal work hours. I usually take a day per week where I work from home. And its nice to be able to coordinate these things. Because its always nice to know you have the place to yourself once in a while.

Room
The room in question is the one labeled Bedroom 2 in the Bottom Right part of the floorplan.
10 Square meters: 5.500kr – Deposit: 11.000kr
The room is available from the 1st of September.
Termination: 1 month
No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment. And no pets.

The basement also has a pretty large storage so if you have things you may need to store Im sure we can figure something out. Obviously it depends just how much it is though.

Currently you can stay here for an unlimited time period. As long as we get along 🙂

1) Have you ever had a conflict with someone you lived with? What was it about, and how was it resolved?

2) What does a typical weekday and weekend look like for you in terms of schedule, noise, guests, and how much time you spend at home? (neither of us really care how much or when you're home, just curious about schedules)

3) How do you approach cleanliness and shared responsibilities (kitchen, bathroom, trash, dishes)? Whats your standard and how do you prefer to handle it if someone falls short?
