Looking for a Tenant to my Cozy Valby Apartment short term.
(thinking 1st of October until the 18th of November – But it is flexible)

Hey there! Im a Danish woman living in a cozy 70 kvm apartment in Valby, just a short walk from Ålholm Station. Im looking for a tenant or commuter who respects the rainbow – both in color and spirit!

I tend to travel and work remotely 2 – 3 months at the time, which I am gonna do now.

What Im looking for:
Someone responsible, trustworthy, considerate, and just a good human-being.
Someone who respect the no smoking indoors and a love for keeping things fairly clean.

Gonna lock my room off that is 8 kvm, so the rest 62 kvm is all yours.

The rent is including = water, heat and internet.
Electricity is excluded and come on top of the rent.
