Looking for a roommate for a new apartment on Frederiksberg.

Hi there!

Im on the lookout for a calm and easygoing roommate to share my cozy apartment in Frederiksberg (10 minutes walk from CBS).

A little about me:
Im a full-time student at KEA in Copenhagen, studying economics and IT. When Im not studying, you can usually find me at the gym in the evenings (3-4 times a week) or working as a data analyst at my job (about 15-20 hours a week). On weekends, I love relaxing in front of my pc or watching cycling on TV.

Id enjoy sharing the occasional meal or a chat about the day, but I also really value personal space and privacyboth yours and mine.

Youre more than welcome to host friends in the living room now and thenjust give me a heads-up a few days in advance so I can make other plans for the evening. That said, I do prefer a generally quiet and relaxed environment at home.

A few practical details:

The room is furnished but lacks a office chair and a desktop – if you got one, then great – otherwise I will get it for you.

The apartment is modern (built in 2020) and has an elevator

We have lightning-fast wifi (1000/1000 mbit)

The 7500 DKK covers everything from heating, water usage, electricity, internet, toilet paper, oil, salt/pepper/spices, kitchen roll, bed sheets, towels, etc.
