Looking for 2 Roommates – Ørestad, Copenhagen (Move-in: 15 September)

Hi! I’m Anna, moving to Copenhagen from Germany to start my MSc in Applied Economics and Finance at CBS this autumn. I’m planning on renting an apartment in Ørestad and looking for 2 roommates to share it with me, either renting a room, or co-leasing if that’s more your thing.

What I’m looking for:
Someone who wants more than just a place to sleep. I’d love roommates who are up for cooking dinners together, sharing a glass of wine, and exploring the city with me, bars, beaches, cafés, all of it. At the same time, I fully respect everyone’s need for privacy and downtime.

Students preferred, ideally under 30, but honestly the most important thing is that we get along and can talk easily with each other.

A bit about me: I take my studies seriously but also love being spontaneous and adventurous. I just got back from traveling Europe and spent 6 months in New Zealand and Australia. I’m tidy and organized, and while your room would be yours to keep how you like, I’d really appreciate it if we kept the common areas clean.

The details:
The apartment I’m planning on renting is in Ørestad, with move-in from the 15th of September. Rent would be 7,000 DKK a month for your room, and that would already cover water, heat, electricity and wifi, so no surprise bills. To move in you’d need 24,000 DKK upfront, which covers your deposit and your last month’s rent. Just a heads up that the exact numbers might shift a little since the apartment isn’t fully finalized yet.
