Greve Beach, 30 min to Cph, TV for casting, terrace and a nice and quiet place

If you are single, non-smoker (absolutely) and seeking a place for longterm from 1st of September, then try this nice and quiet neighborhood close to Greve Beach.
At the moment, we dont have a parking for a car unfortunately.
You will be a part of a small group of four tenants (you included) sharing kitchen and bathroom and cleaning on shift.
We are looking mainly for expats working/studying between 30-55 years old, wishing some quietness (from around 22-6) and being a bit social.
A newly renovated room with height adjustable table, comfortable elevation bed with top matress ready to watch TV for casting incl. Netflix. Also free wifi, soap and washing, toilet paper, kitchen towel, linen etc. are included. You have access to sit on the patio just outside your room and to use the grill and green garden generally. At the moment we unfortunately dont have space for a car and there are no good parking solutions close by.
The beach, train station, Greve Shopping Center, common swimming pool are nearby, more Pure gym fitness centers, green areas and paths for walking/running, many restaurants/take aways are within 10-15 minutes walk or bike trip.
We would like our new tenant to stay one year – or more if you like it here. This due to other long term tenants.
We make a contract, and you can have cpr number here. Payment: 11.600 kr. – first and last month when booking.
