Cozy small furnished room in a peaceful central area

Hi,

– Nadine is going back to Germany, so her room will be available. Move in from 19th September or latest October 1st / Payment from there at least.

– Amsterdamvej 5, 2300 Cph S – 10-30 minutes from Center.

– small cozy furnished room. Furnished with 140×200 bed, wardrobe, curtains, desk, chair, lamp and all the stuff in the commom areas. You also have 4 extra private drawers in the wardrobe in the kitchen since the room is quite small.

– Nice and quiet street. Everything you need nearby. Well connected with public transport.

– Shared with my lovely roommate Magnus, mid 20’s from Norway. Magnus works as a pilot. Down to earth, friendly, easy-going – often working or travelling. I am like Magnus but I am 32 and unemployed for now, probably not long.

– Deposit 3x rent
Prepaid rent 1x rent + A/C (water, heat, internet)

– No need to paint or fix floors when moving out. But since the whole apartment needs that service when I sign of the lease (30-50000 dkk) 600 dkk will be deducted from your deposit per year. Only actual damages will have to be covered.

– CPR possible and standard contract will be made.

– Possible to move inside a much bigger room when Magnus or me moves (probably 2027)

One month notice to end lease (running month + full next month)

UPDATE: Magnus also just signed of his contract, because he wants to move to Norway with his girlfriend and buy a house. I am also getting offered better apartments, so I have signed off the lease, so that I have this apartment until November 15th. You can possibly move with me into the new one in Sigynsgade if everything goes well and I get it.
