Education - Adult education
Adult education is primarily for those who went early out of school or have not completed upper secondary education. They have the opportunity to complete an education so that they reach a level that gives them access to further education. It is often unskilled belongs in this category when they chose to stop their education to take a job. Many ripen at different times in their lives, and therefore there are many adults who want to try something new. It requires most often a form of training.
The previous generation had many unskilled and there is still a large proportion of young people who choose to get a job rather than an education, as sitting still on a school bench does not appeal to them.
