Under the linden tree has a beautiful location alongside Hans Christian Andersen's house in Odense's most beautiful and fairytale like quarter and provides guests with Danish food.

The chef is inspired by the best restaurants in Denmark and abroad. With his own style, it manages to combine the deep respect for Fyn ingredients with classic French and Italian cuisine. The menu is clearly seen his great interest in Alsace and Tuscany.
