Tournaments at online casino

Online casino is a bit of a lonely pleasure, but it doesn't have to be. You can make your own tournament. It can be an agreed amount that everyone deposits and plays for. Whether it must be the same game, or whether it should be different, is up to you. You can bet on time or on who can survive the longest on the agreed amount. Whether it is games outside of ROFUS , or whether it is Danish casinos, you decide for yourself.

If there is no money in the cash register, it may actually be possible to go to an online casino anyway. Many of the games you can play at an online casino are available both in a real money version and in a free version.

Create your own gaming club

It doesn't have to cost a farm to bet on sports. You can create an old-fashioned tips club, or use an online betting site. Bet on sports with your common sense intact, regardless of whether you play yourself or have created a betting club.

The advantage of creating a betting club, such as a tips club, is that you can pool together and thus play with more bets and thus, with a higher probability of winning.

Friday's bar is a hit

Most educational institutions have already established a Friday bar. It is often the student council that organizes the Friday bar. If there isn't already a Friday bar, then it's just a matter of rolling up your sleeves and getting started on establishing one.

A Friday bar can be anything, from a few beers after the last class on Friday, to a definite party, with a new theme every week.

What makes the Friday bar attractive is partly the social element, across subjects and years, but also the fact that the price level can be kept so low that a student can actually afford to participate, at least once in a while.

Gathering party like in the old days

Eating with others is much nicer than eating alone, whether it's a nice dinner or just pasta with meat sauce.

There are two versions of the old-fashioned gathering ceremony.

• Prepare a dish. In this version, there is usually a coordinator who delegates tasks. Each person brings a dish or some side dish. Together, all the food becomes a kind of buffet, which consists of all the dishes and accessories that people have brought with them.

• Empty the refrigerator. This version is a true poor man's version. Here you empty your fridge and bring what you have. Together, the food that can now be prepared is prepared, based on the ingredients and leftovers that people have brought with them.

Regardless of whether you go for version one or two, it's always a much nicer way to get your dinner than just eating what you have now, all by yourself.

Høkerbajere are cheaper

The festive occasions are always a bleeding wound in the wallet when you are a poor student. A trip to the city costs a farm. On the one hand, in many places you have to pay to enter, to hang your outerwear, which is often mandatory, and on the other hand a beer or a drink costs five times as much as if you bought it in a convenience store.

Høkerbajere are much cheaper than those out in the city. Buy a frame or two and take turns adding rooms and holding your own parties, instead of the expensive city trips.

Free concerts;

Keep an eye out for the free fun. Especially around the start of studies, just after the summer holidays and just after the Christmas holidays, there are many places where there are free concerts, just for students. With your student card in hand, you can come to a concert with Hjalmer, Nephew, LOC and many other big names for free.

In between, there are also other free events and concerts that are held for all the city's citizens, including of course the students.

Take a bus tour

The super good and cheap bus trips to Germany and to the border traders are no longer available. but there are actually many other exciting bus tours that don't cost a fortune. It's great to get away once in a while, even if it's just for a single day. In the run-up to Christmas, there are many one-day trips to, for example, Lübeck, where you can experience the very special Christmas atmosphere that this particular city offers.

The bus trip usually takes a few hours, which is a good opportunity to socialize across subjects and years with other students.

Banko is for everyone

Banko is therefore not only for pensioners. Banko is open to everyone. In fact, a banko night can be both really entertaining and surprising. At banko, there are often pretty good prizes for both the winner and the person sitting next to a winner.

The winnings for banko are often sponsored by the local traders, and can occasionally be extremely generous.

The church is always open

Sunday is church day. Even if you are not a Christian, you are always welcome in the Danish folk church. Many churches are also open, even if there is no service. Both by yourself and as a group, it can be a very special experience to sit completely still in the large church room and just be there.
