The Patent and Trademark Office has switched to a new case management system, which is to improve the administrative processes of the Board. The transition to the new system requires extensive changes in the work processes, which is why the Agency seeks a number of student assistants to relieve the daily staff.
The work varies according to the individual's qualifications, but may include validating publications, answering customer inquiries, quality assuring data, tasks related to the finance function and various administrative tasks.
You get a broad insight into the work of the Patent and Trademark Office and get the opportunity to work both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build a network among the other student assistants.
