Have you also experienced that you are feeling stressed and pressured in connection with your study? More and more students sometimes experience being exhausted both physically and mentally. - Some may even be so much pressure to get sick and are unable to follow the study.

But the reason that stress can be so difficult to handle is that it's very different how we perceive it and the degree to which it affects us. But there are some parameters that can all enjoy looking at and improve, for example, the physical conditions, the chemical and mental conditions. On this day you will get the tools to manage your stress and get more knowledge about the stress that may benefit you the next time you feel the pressure. Myths and facts about stress, will be confirmed or ruled out - and your experience will be involved. You will not at least get tools and tools for how you can be better to handle pressure and stress. The course is being offered by the Counselling Centre and presented by Life coach and stress consultant Morten Bay. It takes place Monday, May 2 pm. 12.30 to 16 in room 79 at the Campus in Odense.
