In this context, our approach to customers is important. We create strong relationships and listening to customers, so our advice is based on their individual situation and needs.

Four market segments

PwC's clients are Danish companies and organizations as well as international groups with activities in Denmark. We have divided our customers in four market segments:

  • Top Tier (100 largest companies in Denmark)
  • Mid Tier (following 101 to 999 companies)
  • SMEs (remaining SMEs)
  • Public (public enterprises and organizations).

The natural first

PricewaterhouseCoopers will be the customers' first choice within our business areas. It requires that we support customers' overall needs for audit and consulting services across our business areas.

We see increasingly that customers want to have a firm contact and competent partner across our business areas. Therefore, we have established four market groups with leaders of our three business areas. In this way we can offer our customers tailor-made solutions based on their specific situation and needs.

Market groups for Top Tier-, Mid Tier-, SME and Public segments identifies priorities and coordinate our sales and service performance to customers so that they get the right information about the services we provide - and how PwC can help with their challenges .
