A number of public subsidies and private foundations offer grants to study abroad. Government programs and subsidies If you are an education in Denmark and for example be a study or unpaid internship in another country, there are various programs and subsidy schemes which provide financial grants for your stay. The grants are awarded either by Danish educational institutions or via the program itself.
