Lecture with Maj My - Odense, Aarhus, Aalborg, Sørvad, Copenhagen, Vejle, Esbjerg and Sorø

Are you either students and parents or educator or teacher student? Then read more here.

May My Humaidan is married to the rapper from UFO Yepha and has dropped the city's life in New York and Copenhagen for a more secluded life in the South Funen Archipelago on Ærø, where the children's school takes place at home, everyday life is simple and focus is on the near and now and here.

In 2018, Maj My really went through the social media, and more and more people have become aware of how to organize their lives differently, so that stress is not necessarily commonplace and you to a much greater extent follow their own pace outside the institutional life with the nursery, the kindergarten and the school's fixed framework.

The lecture is therefore obvious to you who work with people or study for teacher, educator or social worker - Here you have the opportunity to get a unique insight into how life can also be lived - and what benefits can be when choosing the norms of society and locked everyday frames from - and instead choose for themselves and their family's needs.

The Danish Pilgrim - The road to a happier life

In 2018, Jannik was an ambitious young man aged 25-26, who balanced full-time jobs in Copenhagen, continued education at Copenhagen Business School, had 2 companies and worked voluntarily in politics. Until one day, when everything burned together - and Jannik was burned out. "Burned out" he got as a stamp at the doctor, and then lay a big puzzle ahead. For what had just happened since it had ended here, and how do you get it really better?

Jannik set out to try a lot of things to create a less miserable everyday life as a young man in the middle of the twenties in Copenhagen, but just a little bit it helped. Until he got the idea of walking, selling all his stuff and starting a long walk that ended in Spain.

Now Jannik takes out and tells about her experiences about being burned out at the beginning of her life, about finding her true values in everyday life, and about the effect of the exercise on stress, depression and burnout. Likewise, Jannik learns how loneliness can be a step in getting rid of his life and past, and how to live Winston Churchill's motto: "If you go through hell, keep going".
