The new government's proposal to budget negotiations reflects S, SF and R have education as a priority, and outplayed supports an ambitious training policy.

On the Ministry's area set aside a whole more money for education in 2012 compared to that which is granted to the area on Finance in 2011. There are more pupils and students in education and therefore should be the next two years used 480 million kroner extra in taximeter. Unlike the Liberal government will this government not let education institutions themselves pay the bill for this activity growth. Liberal government instructed the institutions a savings of 1.5 percent in 2011, which should help to finance the increased number of students. This savings will lapse in 2012, meaning that the institutions overall will have almost 150 million more in the taximeter. In addition to set aside money for the increased training capacity without institutions need to sustain their quality, containing the government's budget proposal a number of other initiatives to strengthen education. These include the following: - set aside a reserve for the government's future primary school initiative. - 500 million kroner to strengthen it in elementary school in 2012-2015. - Internship efforts enhanced the government's kickstart: - The current internship agreement continued from 2011 to 2012. - set aside funds for 3,000 new school internships. - Continuation of premium and bonus scheme which allows employers can receive up to 70,000 kroner to create an internship. - The introduction of social clauses internships in public procurement. - Experiment with placement centers at vocational schools. - Development program for strengthening the bilingual pupils professionalism at 14 schools. - National resource center for special education and inclusion. - Extension of the trial of secondary education for young people with Asperger syndrome. - The previous government's reduction of the rates of student support for after school abolished.
