A Hereford Beefstouw

A Hereford Beefstouw

A Hereford Beefstouw in Kolding is a very special experience. The house, which dates back to the 1600s, is the city's second oldest - and together with the neighboring house, which is the oldest, they appear preserved gabled houses from the Renaissance into a unique whole picture.

The restaurant has since 1992 been operated and owned by Ruben Bech and his wife Helle Daasbjerg who over the years have left their own mark on the place.

Atmosphere

In the middle of the room stands a large old olive-press. Everywhere hang old historic farm implements, and the restaurant is filled with an atmosphere and ambience that is reminiscent of old-fashioned rural idyll.
