Student assistant within Philips Hearing Solutions Consumer Care

We expect you to work 15 hours per week distributed to suit both your and our schedules. This may increase in busy periods; however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.
Your tasks will be very diverse, but the following will be your main tasks:
- Professional end user support on social media and email in a global context (answering end user messages)
- Explaining the somewhat complex technical details in a simple, straightforward way
- Help on reporting – extract data from CRM, Falcon, and other tools
