1st August 2026 until 30th April 2027 (standard notice of 3 months). Potentially you can start a new contract to rent the whole apartment afterwards if you want to.

– Monthly rent:

28-year-old male PhD student from India who loves movies, political memes, cooking and sharing meals with flatmates; and 22-year-old female physics PhD student from Scotland who enjoys bouldering, swimming, running, cooking together, movie nights, and craft evenings.
