Cozy room at directly at Sydhavn’s waterfront

Hey there!

As our third roommate is moving out, we are looking for someone new to join us in our cozy little living collective in Sydhavn.

About us:
We are two young gentlemen by the names of Mikkel (28) and Rune (29). Brought together by a lucky coincidence, we have now grown close friends and have turned the apartment into very homely and personal ecosystem. Both of us work full-time (currently from home), but we highly value our free time. On a regular day, there are good chances you will find us in the kitchen cooking vegetarian dinners, preparing batches of hummus, baking sourdough bread or experienting with a new variety of homebrewed beer. And as much as we love preparing food, we also love to share it with others — so we hope you’re a good eater/drinker 🙂

If you don’t find us in the kitchen, we’re either outside playing discgolf, working out, winterbathing or doing something else fun. But don’t panic, we also worship our lazy days, and definitely won’t say no to a night on the couch, bingewatching movies and wasting time.

About you:
We are looking for someone that is not only looking for a roof over his/her head, but who wants to become part of our living collective. This does not mean that you are committing to social duties or fixed cooking schedules, but we would appreciate everyone taking an interest in each other’s lives and contributing to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the apartment.

The room:
The room measures appr. 8.5 m2 and is part of a 102 m2 apartment. It is rather small, but our previous roommates have been able to fit a 200×140 bed, a desk and a wardrobe inside. The room comes with a single-sized bed and a desk. The rent is 4900, but this includes all fixed costs.

The area:
The area is rather quiet, but lately there have been a few cafés poppin up. Most constructions are now done, and the area around Sluseholmen has developed into a lively neighborhood. Especially in summer, the location of the apartment is amazing. The waterfront is less than 100m away, there is free kajak & kanoo rental, and we have a huuuge barbeque. The inner city is 15 min away by bike.
