larg, cheap, close to metro, dishwasher, washing machine

Hello. I’m a relaxed guy taking a gap year from studying machine learning and datascience at KU, but will continue again Sep 2026. I’m also working with forecasting on the electricity market, and so I have a lot of days where I work from home.

The room I’m renting out is 15m^2. There is a shared kitchen, with a tiny dishwasher. I have a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
CPR is not available at this address.

The room already has a bed and can optionally have some furniture, if that’s of interest. I haven’t uploaded an image of the room yet, because its filled with a bunch of crap, and needs to get emptied out first, but you’ll be able to see it in person, and decide if any of the furniture of bed is valuable to you.
