The bathroom and kitchen is shared. Limited space in the refrigerator. No freezer. The apartment is old (1850) and inviting for a humble charactor. 1. -1 1/2 hours cleaning pr. weak is expected from tennant due to an allready set cleaning plan, a rotation between bathroom/kitchen. I expect my privacy. I work many hours on different times and my home is where I rest, sleep and spend quiet meditative time. Conversations are kept in the tennats own room – peace between 22.00-9.00 (danish Timezone). The room is already set with furnitures, bedlineed and towels ready from 7th november 2026 (noon).
