Unfurnished room in nice, big apartment in Copenhagen

I am renting out a room in a spacious 100m2 3 bedroom apartment for long-term from the 1st of September.

The apartment itself has a big living room/ kitchen, a nice balcony and a bathroom equipped with all of the necessities. The apartment comes with all amenities- dishwasher, fridge, oven, laundry washer and dryer etc. There is a storage depot in the basement and a bicycle storage room. The building also has an elevator, which is quite useful since the apartment is on the 6th floor.

The apartment is located in 5-10 minute walking distance from Fields shopping centre, Bilka, Rema 1000, Netto and the proximity to the Ørestad station (with metro, trains, buses) makes every commute convenient.

The room in question is 10m2. It is an
unfurnished room that has a built in closet. The room is spacious and has a big window. The rent- 6200kr is including all amenities (water, heating, electricity + the internet).

A bit about who you would be living with- you would be living with two women in our mid twenties. Both of us have recently gotten our Masters degrees. Im Latvian and Elpida is Greek. In our daily lives we both tend to be busy and have our own schedules, but we are also open to just chill. At home we prefer a peaceful and neat environment. The building has a policy against loud noises and excessive partying, as there are families living here as well. We would both want to live with someone that is considerate of others, both in terms of noise levels and just in terms of day to day interactions.
I am a smoker, so it’s a smoker friendly apartment, but I only smoke on the balcony, so if you’re not a smoker it won’t affect you, as the balcony os on the opposite side of the apartment from this room.

We would prefer somebody who is looking for an accommodation starting from the beginning of September. We would prefer a female flatmate, as we have had quite a negative experience when sharing the flat with a male flatmate.
